AFS Host Opportunities

AFS Intercultural Programs is a 70 year old organization that works to create a more just and peaceful world by facilitating exchange of high school students between 50+ different countries. Families, couples and single adults, young and old, gain a new member to their family and grow in understanding of another country . The hosted student is eager to learn and leaves the experience with a positive view of the United States. The students bring a world perspective to the classrooms at MHS, where they have been welcomed for many years.

There are several students arriving in August for the 2017-2018 school year that would be a good fit for the Marshfield community. All speak good English and have strong academics. Each has unique interests such as sports or dance or music, even philosophy or ping pong.
