A notice from the MHS Administration regarding upcoming Parent/Teacher Conferences:
MHS will be using on-line scheduling for the upcoming April Parent/Teacher conferences. MHS is holding parent-teacher conferences on Thursday, April 28, 2016, from 11:30 AM – 1:45 PM. MHS will be using PTCFAST to schedule our conferences. This website allows parents to be in charge of their conference schedule and provides greater equity in terms of parent accessibility to teachers. We are excited about this system and hope that you find it beneficial. Term 3 Report Cards will be posted on Friday, April 15, 2016; it is the ideal time for you, as parents, to assess your child’s progress with his/her teachers.
Parents and Guardians may access the conference sign-ups starting at 3:00 PM on April 13, 2016 by clicking on the link and following the instructions below. This link may also be accessed directly from the MHS web page.
- A list of all teachers by department will be displayed.
- Click on the names of your child’s teachers with whom you wish to conference.
- Select a time and enter the required information (child’s and parent’s name and email)
- PTCFAST.com will send you an email confirmation. The email will give you all information if you need to change your appointment and will send you a reminder of appointments.As always, appointments do book quickly and are on a first come, first serve basis. If you are unable to access an appointment with your child’s teacher, please contact that teacher to discuss your child at a later date/time. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact your child’s teacher to request a conference appointment.
